Some History

Doug Gabel and his father, the late Thomas William Gabel, established Gowanda Starcraft, Inc., in 1969. The initial focus was on Starcraft Recreational Vehicles, Trailers, and Snowmobiles. It was not long before Western New York's oldest Yamaha Dealer added Motorcycles and ATVs. Suzuki was added later in the mid-80s. Arctic Cat, and Kawasaki were added to the fold in the 90s.

Today, Gowanda Starcraft, Inc., exclusively sells and services motorcycles, ATVs, and snowmobiles from 4 major manufacturers. As always, customer satisfaction is our #1 priority!
